Booking a Private Event at The Stone Barn

Planning a private event at The Stone Barn offers a unique opportunity to enjoy our rustic farm setting, delicious wood-fired pizza, refreshing wine, and the charm of the countryside in Buffalo County, Wisconsin. Whether you're hosting a rehearsal dinner, family gathering, corporate event, baby shower, birthday party or any other special occasion, our beautiful restaurant or event barn and farm surroundings provide the perfect backdrop.

Here are the details:

  • We have a section on the left side of the restaurant (see photo below) that we could reserve for your party.  It isn't completely private, but all of your guests could sit together.  This area seats approximately 50 people. This is the section that will be reserved for you during our operating hours if you choose the restaurant for your reservation.

  • We have pizzas, ice cream, cocktails, beer, wine, soda and water available.  Our pizza and drink menus are available under the “menu” tab.  

  • Our pizzas range in price from $22-34 and can serve 2-4  people each.  The more toppings, the more people a pizza will serve!

  • Per state law, all alcohol must be purchased through us. No carry in alcohol allowed.

  • Many couples choose to provide their guests with drink tickets and then guests will pay for their own drinks after the tickets have been used.  This is totally up to you, of course.  We do not provide drink tickets here. You will need to bring your own. 

  • We will hold your credit card at the beginning of the evening, run a tab and everything can be paid at the end of the night.

  • We do not charge a fee for the reservation during operating hours (Friday 5-9, Saturday 12-9 or Sunday 12-8) but we do require a minimum 18% gratuity and for the entire bill to be paid with cash, check, or credit card. The bottom of the event barn can be rented for $300 during operating hours.

  • We just require the date, time, number of people, and a phone number to hold your reservation.  If you do not know exact numbers, that is ok. 

Interested in having The STone Barn all to yourselves on a day we are not open to the public?

We can possibly accommodate your group on a Thursday evening May-September! Please inquire below for availability. We charge $500 to open our restaurant on a Thursday. This is in addition to any food and beverages you purchase. It takes quite a bit to get things up and running on a day we aren’t open, so we need to charge this additional fee to help offset the cost of extra staffing and additional operating costs. We also charge a non-refundable booking fee of $100 (this goes towards the $500 for your private event, the remaining $400 will be due the day of your event). A minimum 18% gratuity will be applied to the total food/beverage bill. Event time would be 3 hours max from 5-8 p.m. or 6-9 p.m. All other details are the same as above.

Event Barn

Our large white barn is available for private events such as rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, baby showers. bridal showers, corporate events, etc. We rent out the lower part of our barn (see Bottom of the Barn pictures below) for $300 during our hours of operation. May-September. Friday 5-9, Saturday 12-9 and Sunday 12-8. October hours are Saturday and Sunday 12-7. All food and beverages must be purchased through The Stone Barn. Bottom of the Barn

Reserve this beautiful historic lower part of our white barn for your group. Our barn was built in the late 1800’s and the craftsmanship of that era is truly amazing. New concrete floors were poured in 2015, along with the addition of updated electrical and new glass doors added in 2024.

The area on the left side of the restaurant can accommodate up to 50 people. Additional seating can be added upon request. This area is shown in the photo under the extended roof. Our traditional black wrought iron tables and chairs are provided for seating. Your entire group can sit together to enjoy wood-fired pizza, cocktails and our amazing views!
